Parks Breezy Knoll

Mares are specifically booked by name and tattoo. Booking is valid only to the mare and owner named and may not be transferred without the express consent of PARKS' BREEZY KNOLL. Neither PARKS' BREEZY KNOLL nor its members, agents, or employees shall be liable for any injury, illness, disability, or death suffered by any horse, from any cause whatsoever, while in the custody of PARKS' BREEZY KNOLL, and by submitting this application, the owner specially assents to such condition, and waives all and every claim for damages resulting from such injury, illness, disability, or death.

Board bills are due and payable when mare leaves the farm. Stud fees are due and payable within 30 days of the birth of a live foal. A live foal is one that is able to stand and nurse. There will be a 2% per month (24% per year) late charge on late stud fee payments. Mare owners are responsible for stallion collection and semen shipping fees and all veterinary charges at time of breeding. PARKS' BREEZY KNOLL will bill these expenses at farm costs. Book of any stallion is subject to close without notice. U.S.T.A. mating certificate will not be issued until stud fee and any unpaid bills have been paid by owner of mare to PARKS' BREEZY KNOLL.
